Terms of Service
Welcome to YARA — your personal wardrobe assistant.
1. Acceptance
By using YARA on the web or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
YARA helps you organize your wardrobe, upload clothing photos, and receive daily outfit suggestions based on your items, preferences, and local weather. Features may change or improve over time as we update the product.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the service or its limits.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt YARA for other users
- Use YARA for spam, harassment, or any abusive purpose
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos and wardrobe information you add to YARA. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only so we can operate the service — for example, to manage your wardrobe and generate outfit suggestions.
6. Outfit Suggestions
Outfit suggestions are provided for personal styling assistance only. They are not professional, medical, or fashion-industry advice. You are responsible for your own clothing choices and how you dress for any occasion.
7. Communications
We may send you service-related messages such as account updates, security notices, or optional reminders you have turned on. You can manage notification preferences in Settings.
8. Disclaimer
YARA is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of YARA.
9. Termination
You may stop using YARA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. When your account is deleted, your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If we make important changes, we may also notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of YARA after changes means you accept the updated terms.
