YARA Terms of Service

YARA, your personal wardrobe assistant

1. Acceptance

By using YARA (website, preview app, or related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Beta / preview software

YARA may be offered as a preview or early-access build. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when registering or joining the waitlist.
One person should not create multiple accounts to abuse limits or promotions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
Use YARA for spam, harassment, or automated abuse of public forms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and wardrobe data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate YARA (outfit suggestions, wardrobe management, and related features).

6. AI recommendations

Outfit suggestions are generated automatically and are for personal styling assistance only. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for your own clothing choices.

7. Early access & marketing

If you join our waitlist or submit a contact form, we may email you about product updates, preview access, and launch news. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time.

8. Disclaimer

YARA is provided “as is” during beta without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
